| This is my WoodsPartner Eric, aka the WoodsDrummer. Here you see him after a couple of months at work, ready for the peace and serenity of the hills. |

He's a pretty good partner, as nobody bothers us much on the trail, bears run
the other way, and even the mosquitoes seem to stay out of camp.
Here you can see him starting a fire by glaring at the pile of wood. Handy guy to have around. |

Sometimes he slips his leash, but I can always find him at the nearest camp of
women, where he has been quickly adopted as their mascot... Like I say, handy
guy to have around! Sure makes it easier to break the ice and get the
conversations flowing.
Sure, sometimes the clanking of the chains and the howling at nights at the full moon gets a bit tiresome, but you get used to it. Take a trip over to his website for a ton of great information and trip reports. I'm proud to be able to call him friend.... P.S. He cleans up pretty good, and after a night or two on the trail, he's great company. |
